Application method
- Surface prep: sweep loose sand and dust; repair cracks and potholes; degrease oil stains.
- Priming: for highly absorbent or badly weathered pavement, dilute 10% water as bonding primer.
- Mixing: stir thoroughly until uniform; do not over-dilute beyond 5%.
- Application: spray or roller, 2 coats cross-applied; total wet film ≥ 0.6 mm.
- Curing: keep traffic off for 24 h; full chemical cure in 7 days.
Frequently asked
Will it peel off in hot summer or heavy rain?
No. The coating penetrates and bonds to the bituminous surface; adhesion ≥ 1.0 MPa with UV-stable acrylic resin. Give us the local climate data and we will confirm the suitable grade.
Can I apply it myself?
Yes. It is a single-component product applied by airless spray or roller. We provide method statements and video guidance for every order.
What is the MOQ?
One 20-ft container per color is standard; mixed colors within one container are accepted. Trial orders of 20–50 pails are welcome for first cooperation.
How long does the color last?
Typically 3–5 years before a maintenance recoat, depending on traffic load and sun exposure.
