Application method
- Clean the roof: remove moss, dust and flaking paint with pressure washing; let dry.
- Repair: fill hairline cracks with elastic sealant; replace broken tiles.
- Application: spray or roller, 1–2 coats; cross application at 0.25 kg/m² per coat.
- Curing: rain protection for 24 h; walkable in 48 h.
- Maintenance: recoat every 5–8 years depending on exposure.
Frequently asked
Does it need a primer on old tiles?
Normally not — the product is self-priming on sound tiles. For heavily chalked or bare new tiles we recommend one dilution coat as primer.
Will it crack with roof thermal movement?
No. The film is elastic (elongation ≥ 150%) and bridges hairline cracks instead of flaking.
Can you match our tile color?
Yes, we tint per RAL / Pantone number or a physical sample; minimum per custom color applies.
What about packing for sea freight?
20 kg pails, 4 pails per carton or palletized & shrink-wrapped; IBC available for bulk projects.
