What is the minimum order?
One 20-ft container per colour is standard, and mixed colours within one container are accepted. Trial orders of 20–50 pails are welcome for a first cooperation.
Can I get samples before committing to an order?
Yes. We prepare A3 sample boards and 5 kg sample pails so you can approve the colour and the finish first. We confirm the sample arrangement with the quotation.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Saturday 08:30–18:00 (GMT+8). Send the product, the quantity, the application area and the destination port and that is enough for a first answer.
What documents come with a quotation?
Pricing, the technical data sheet, the safety data sheet and the sample options are supplied in writing, on request. Sample panels and A3 colour boards follow the same way.
How are the products packed?
20 kg and 25 kg pails, 5 kg sample pails and 1000 kg IBCs on request, palletised and packed for sea transport with the export documents.
Which ports do you ship from?
Qingdao and Tianjin. Tell us the destination port with the enquiry and we quote the shipping terms on the same basis.
What are the payment terms and the lead time?
Both are stated in the written quotation for your order, so nothing is agreed verbally and nothing changes afterwards. Ask us for the terms for your destination and quantity.
Can you match our colour?
RAL / Pantone matching is agreed before production. There are 8 standard stone blends with custom blending on request, and custom colours from 300 kg on the stone systems.
Do you provide application guidance?
Yes — English method statements and video guidance come with every order, and each product page carries the substrate preparation, the application method and the curing times for that system.
Are the technical values on this site final?
They are indicative until the factory confirms them. Values marked with an asterisk are specifically not yet confirmed. The formal TDS issued with your quotation governs what you specify and order.
