Why buyers choose this grade

  • Very high elongation accommodates structural movement and thermal cycling.
  • Seamless, fully bonded membrane with no joints or overlaps.
  • Excellent UV and weather resistance for exposed roof application.
  • Ready to use — no on-site mixing required.

Recommended applications

Flat and pitched roofs, balconies, terraces, basements, planters and exposed concrete roofs.

Suitable substrates

Concrete, cement mortar and primed metal; can be applied over sound existing membranes after surface preparation.

Application guide

Construction & application method

The sequence below is the standard method statement. Always follow the current technical data sheet issued with your order, and test a small area before full application.

01

1. Substrate preparation

The substrate must be dry, clean and sound. Repair cracks and honeycombing; round off internal corners with mortar fillets.

02

2. Primer

Apply the recommended PU primer and allow it to dry completely (typically 4–8 h).

03

3. First coat

Apply the first coat by roller or squeegee at the recommended film build, working it into the surface.

04

4. Second coat

Apply the second coat crosswise after the first has cured sufficiently, reaching the total 1.5–2.0 mm design thickness.

05

5. Reinforcement and curing

Use a reinforcing fabric at details and corners. Cure for 7 days before foot traffic or protective screed.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions

No. PU is moisture-curing and requires a dry substrate. Free water will cause blistering; use a cementitious system for damp bases.
Normally two, crosswise, to reach the design thickness. More coats may be required for high-risk roofs.
Yes for our exterior grade — but confirm the specific grade and request the weathering report if the roof is permanently exposed.
Cut out the damaged area, clean and prime, then rebuild the membrane in the same number of coats.
