How to order

Four steps from the first message to a loaded container.

1. Send the enquiry

Email or message us with:

• the product or the surface you need to treat
• approximate area in square metres, and how many coats you expect
• indoor or outdoor, and the climate you are working in
• your colour target or a reference sample
• destination port, so we can quote the shipping terms
• whether you need sample panels before committing to an order

2. Quotation within one working day

You receive pricing, the technical data sheet and the sample options in writing. The formal TDS issued with your quotation governs the technical values; the figures printed on this website are indicative until the factory confirms them. Payment terms, production lead time and the shipping schedule are stated in that written quotation.

3. Sample approval

We prepare A3 sample boards and 5 kg sample pails so you can approve the colour and the finish before the order. Colour is matched against the approved sample before production starts.

4. Production, packing and shipping

Production to the approved colour, palletised sea-worthy packing, loading from Qingdao or Tianjin with the export documents, and English method statements with video guidance for application.

Minimum order

One 20-ft container per colour is standard, and mixed colours within one container are accepted. Trial orders of 20–50 pails are welcome for a first cooperation.
