What we collect
Only what you send us when you enquire or order:
- your name, company and contact details (email address, telephone or WhatsApp number)
- the delivery country and destination port
- the technical details of your requirement — product, surface, area, colour target
- correspondence about samples, quotations, orders and shipping documents
How we use it
To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation, to arrange samples, colour matching, production and shipping, to keep the records of an order and its shipping documents, and to answer questions after delivery. We do not use your details for advertising, and we do not send newsletters.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not run advertising or analytics tracking, and we do not build visitor profiles. Pages are delivered through Cloudflare, which may set strictly functional security cookies and process request data such as the IP address and browser type in order to protect the site from abuse and to serve it quickly.
Sharing
We do not sell your details. They are shared only with the service providers needed to fulfil your request — for example a courier for sample panels, a freight forwarder for shipping, or our email provider — and only to the extent necessary.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and order records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our accounting and export obligations.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask for a copy of the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to have them deleted. If you are in the EU or the UK you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If we change how enquiries are handled — for example when the enquiry form goes live — we will update this page and the date at the top.
